Group Peri + Menopause Program

Outdoor Group Yoga Session

Session 1: Dive into the details of hormonal changes and their effects on weight gain and body shape changes, blood pressure and insulin resistance to cholesterol and bone health. We’ll also tackle symptoms including hot flushes, night sweats, sleep issues, mood swings, and forgetfulness. Our goal? To find practical ways to ease these symptoms.

Session 2: Discover how to meet your perimenopause and menopause nutrition needs. We’ll explore how to boost your energy, maintain a healthy weight, and embrace a positive relationship with food.

Session 3: Maximise your time and efforts with strategies for meal planning and dining out. We’ll decode food labels and modern day packaging and learn how to make smart choices without the guesswork.

Session 4: Tackle emotional eating head-on. We’ll uncover why we eat for reasons beyond hunger like stress, fatigue, or boredom and how to turn those patterns around. Learn to manage cravings, break free from the diet cycle, and enjoy food mindfully while tuning into your body’s hunger signals.

Our in-person and on-line Peri + Menopause Groups offer a supportive space to connect with women who are navigating this life stage. With a maximum of 5 participants per group and a confidentiality agreement, you’ll find a welcoming and secure environment.

In Person Group Peri + Menopause Program Dates

The program includes 4 x 60 minute sessions that run over 4 consecutive weeks (except public holidays) at the Cindy Nutrition Clinic located at Kalinga, Brisbane, 4030.

Session 1 - Wednesday 23/07/2025 from 12pm-1pm

Session 2 - Wednesday 30/07/2025 from 12pm-1pm

Session 3 - Wednesday 06/08/2025 from 12pm-1pm

Session 4 - Wednesday 20/08/2025 from 12pm-1pm

As numbers are limited, when the program is fully booked, a wait list is available.
